Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meetings/appointments closely.
  • Dealing with general correspondence with external parties.
  • Assisting the Director to follow up with potential customers queries.
  • Follow through issues with other departments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Process and evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements.
